On acceptance, the application contract reserves space in the school. Applicants for the fall are normally selected the prior spring as space is sharply limited, particularly for day students.
English Testing: Southwestern Academy offers a full ESL immersion program and does not require English proficiency for most grade levels. However, students applying for 12th grade are required to demonstrate proficiency when applying. It is also highly recommended for students applying for 11th grade to help project an accurate curriculum completion date. To meet this requirement, we recommend submitting either a TOEFL score or a Duolingo English Test score.
Visa: The I-20 application form for a student visa to enter the United States is sent by Southwestern when a student is accepted and has paid tuition.
