RETURNING TO SCHOOL
SAN MARINO CAMPUS
The 2008-2009 school year begins Monday, September 15, 2008.
Resident students should arrive at the San Marino campus on Monday, September 15th, between 4:00pm and 7:00pm. Student proctors will be at the front driveway to help with directions and luggage. Our barbecue will be serving students and families during that period. At 8:00pm, students are asked to be in their dorms for introductions. Tuesday is our hectic day of testing and programming, and our first day of regular classes is Wednesday, the 17th.
Families of "day" students are especially welcome to come join the barbecue on Monday the 15th, to meet our staff along with new and returning students.

BEAVER CREEK CAMPUS

Please note: we cannot accommodate early arrivals or overnight guests. The Parent's Handbook (available at http://www.southwesternacademy.edu/download_center.html) has information on hotels and resorts in the Sedona area. The Sedona Hilton Resort and Spa is closest to campus in the Village of Oak Creek. See http://www.hiltonsedona.com/ for more information.
Those students flying into Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix should email their itineraries (include the flight number, departing city, and arrival time) to Meghan Bufton: mbufton@southwesternacademy.edu so that shuttle arrangements can be made.
To ensure that these arrangements are made properly, please be sure to email itineraries by September 1, 2008. We will confirm your shuttle and give you additional instructions by return email. If you have questions, please email Mrs. Bufton at the address above.
