I LIKE TEACHING AT SOUTHWESTERN BECAUSE: The small class sizes, autonomy, and creative self-governing. The international make-up (diversity) of the student body. The lack of red-tape involved with getting projects going. The freedom to try new things.
FAVORITE QUOTE: “It’s what you choose to do when no one is watching that defines who you are.”
MY TEACHING PHILOSOPHY: Talk to your students and look them in the eye. Be honest about what they need to know, and about what you don’t know. Find the answers together.
